1. Service description

Vita Wallet provides a platform for healthcare businesses to securely deliver health documents to patients, and for patients to store and access their health records. The service is provided as-is for informational purposes only.

2. Not medical advice

Vita Wallet is a document delivery and storage service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your health documents and results.

3. Patient accounts

You must be 18 or older to create a Vita Wallet account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may only store documents that relate to yourself or that you have legal authority to manage.

4. Business accounts

Healthcare businesses using Vita Wallet must sign a Data Processing Agreement before sending patient data through the platform. Businesses are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from patients before sending their data to Vita Wallet.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vita Wallet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
